Why we're writing to you
We offer design services (presentations, explainer videos and websites) to companies. We contact businesses individually when we see something specific we could improve for them.
What data we have
Your name and job title if they are published as a contact, your business email address, your company's name and website, the public information that prompted our email (for example a published presentation), and our correspondence with you.
Where it comes from
Only from publicly available sources: your company's website, public filings and registers (for example SEC EDGAR, Companies House or stock exchange announcements) and public business directories. We note the exact source for your address and tell you on request.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is offering our services to businesses (Recital 47 GDPR).
Who else processes it
Google (our email provider) and Cloudflare (our website host), as our processors. Both may process data in the United States, on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If we don't work together, we delete your data six months after our last email. If you unsubscribe or object, we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we never contact you again.
AI
We use AI tools to research public information and to write our emails. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy of your data. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wiesbaden, Germany.
You can object to direct marketing at any time (Art. 21(2) GDPR): just reply “unsubscribe”, or use the unsubscribe link in our email. We stop at once.
